Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with an Education Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. I completed a master’s degree in School Psychology from Barry University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University. I specialize in working with adults, trauma recovery, life transitions, loss and grieving, women's empowerment, and stress and anxiety management.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapeutic process. Therefore, I strive to create a trusting relationship and a comfortable environment with all my clients. The approach I take is one of collaboration, respect, and compassion.
